RATES: Reasonable and negotiable

     $40 per execution per docket number

     $10 per additional execution of additional dockets to same subject

     $10 per additional execution of same docket to additional subjects at same address

     IRS Mileage rates apply

     Tax and handling

     $100 per execution of property transfers, plus mileage, plus $13 per hour on site

     $5 printing charge for printouts over 15 pages

Flat rates are available and negotiable

Court appearance rates are negotiable

Property transfers must meet certain conditions for liability purposes

All services from my office will generate an action report of the onsite events, a sworn and notarized affidavit of service, along with an invoice
